CLIVE (SON OF GRUMPY) STOKES AND HIS BIG SISTER JANE

Clive owned and managed Antibe’s finest squash club and fitness complex for twenty-three years. He now works with Cabinet Michel, Roquefort le Pin’s  oldest established estate agent, selling, maintaining and renting luxury apartments and villas, primarily in the South of France, on behalf of the many British and French friends and business associates made whilst running the club.

Clive was born in England and learnt the gruelling art of selling business services in Central London before adventuring off in his early twenties to prospect for diamonds in Australia. He moved to France in 1985 and set up a photography and photographic processing service before buying his squash and fitness club. He speaks French fluently, understands French financial and property law and was presented with the prestigious French Riviera’s Businessman of the Year award in 2001.
