Positive Discrimination
As a well-intentioned fart myself I support the principle of equality and diversity – right up to the point influential minority groups consider they’re more equal than the rest of us and start pulling government strings to impose their agenda upon the rest of us.
I object to such tactics in principle but I’m actually more concerned about the effect it has on the fabric of our society.
Politicians, keen to secure a few more votes from the female, ethnic minority or gay rights community, might think it a smart move to demonstrate their politically correct credentials by introducing positive discrimination but do they have any idea of the depth and the tide of resentment they’re creating within the hearts of the public? Or maybe they just don’t care.
Either way, the Apathetic Majority should do themselves and the nation a favour by rejecting anything anybody says or does to promote the concept of positive discrimination
